At age 15 I have devoted my training and time to jumping high and becoming a better high jumper. I have many dreams that I plan on accomplishing and with hard work they will all come true. I've been through a lot and I am sure there is more to come, but I know that i'll get through it. Project Mason isn't just a blog...it's my journey.

Not Much to Report...

What's up guys? Well today has been pretty fun for me, my school had like a festival thing and I went to that and now i'm about go to a party at my friends house. I have to wake up at 6:30 to help out with this 5k and that's not going to be fun after partying! My calf is still strained and is really starting to upset me, but it's getting better. It almost seems as if my leg can't flush lactic acid correctly. My article to Vertical Mastery didn't get accepted too! He said that he would've used the article but someone had already posted about my subject. Maybe i'll try again? Who knows.

quick update on my vertical:
haven't tested my vertical since the last update, but like I said i'm going to my friends house tonight and we all normally play basketball. Maybe i'll lay down a nice one hander on a 10'? The adrenaline will be good with all my friends watching. I'll let you guys know.

Peace,
Mason
