At age 15 I have devoted my training and time to jumping high and becoming a better high jumper. I have many dreams that I plan on accomplishing and with hard work they will all come true. I've been through a lot and I am sure there is more to come, but I know that i'll get through it. Project Mason isn't just a blog...it's my journey.

Waking up for Cross-Country

Well today I had to wake up at 6 a.m. again to get ready for cross-country, it's awful. Today we have two practices, one at 7 a.m. and another at 7 p.m. so not looking forward to that. Overall, cross-country has been going good and its been a lot of fun. I'm still doing my vertical jump training but it's just to minimize the affects of running long distance; i'm going to test my vertical today and see the damage. Shouldn't be to bad at all. I submitted my article to Vertical Mastery and am waiting to see if they'll post it. I wrote about how muscle fibers affect your vertical jump. If it gets posted, i'll give you guys a link! Hopefully cross-country goes well this morning!

Peace,
Mason
